We are in the business of “made to order" which means that we are supposed to make the product after you pay. So usually we need 18 days for producing, domestic shipment, quality testify before shipment we also need 3-5 days for the international shipping. So 21-23 days will be the estimate time.

Habe heute das Chiffon-kleid erhalten.Muss jedoch leider feststellen,dass vor allem das Oberteil sehr "unsauber" genäht wurde. Dies betrifft den gerafften Teil im Brustbereich, der dadurch eine sehr schlechte Passform hat.Auch die Grösse passt nicht;habe jedoch noch einmal nachgemessen, die angegebenen Maße stimmen. Ich würde das Kleid gerne zurückschicken. Meine Frage ;innerhalb welcher Zeit wird das Geld rücküberwiesen und wer bezahlt das Porto nach China ? Mit freundlichen Grüßen- Irmi
