The costume is very well made. The material is sturdy yet elastic enough to fit well. I think that if you buy a smaller size, it might stretch too much and become transparent, but I never had that problem. I got the L size. I am 5'9". It was a bit big, but since it's very stretchy and tight, I straightened it a bit, and it looked great.
